Kal CBI ko gathit ki gayi GoM ke report ko Cabinate ki manjoori mil gayi; lekin usame naya kya kiya gaya, ye bat mere samajh se pare hai ? Agar kuch naya kiya gaya hai to sirph etana ki CBI Galat kar rahi hai ya Sahi, esaki Janch ke liye usake upar ek Sevanivritriya Nyayadhish ki Samiti gathit kar di gayi hai; yani esaka sidha Artha yahi nikalata hai ki Sarkar ko CBI ke upar bhrosa nahi rahi & vo manane lagio hai ki CBI me v log Galat karate hai.
Jo cammiti gathiti ki gayi & jise kal cabinate ki manjoori mili, usake anusar ab CBI DIR ki Niyukti me Paradarshita layi jayegi, jisake liye ek Team gathit ki jayegi; jisame P.M., Vipaksh ki Neta & S.C. ke Mukhya Nyayadhish shamil hoge. 2sari bat CBI ko apane janch ke liye jitane dhan ki jaroorat hogi Sarkar muhaeya karavayegi, jisaka hisab CBI DIR. dege, 3sari bat CBI ki Janch ki Janch ke liye ek ek sevanivritya Nyayadhish ke Netritva me samiti gathit ki jayegi. Ye sari bate CBI ko lekar Sarkar aage lagoo karane ja rahi hai.
Esase pahale COAL SCAM & CBI DIR. ki karyapranali par prashna uthate hua mai bahut kuch likh chuka hoo, jo sach ko 'AAENA' dikhati hai. Maine GoM ke Sadasyo me P. Chidambaram Jee, Salman Khurshid Jee, Vipaksh ki Neta Shushama Jee & Arun Jaiteli Jee ko ek letter fax kiya tha, jisame ye sari bate likhi gayi thi, jisaka proof mere pas hai & vo aapko 17.05.2013 ke mere F.B. POST par v mil jayega. Esase pahale mai batadoo ki Pradhan Mantry Shree Manmoham Singh Jee ne 27.11.2013 ko LOKSABHA me LOKPAL par ek Bhashan diye the, jisame CBI ka v jikra hai, usaka kuch ansh mai niche likhane ja raha hoo.....
"Madam Speaker,
We believe that the CBI should function without interference through any Goverment diktat. But no institution & no individual, howsoever high he may be, should be free from accountability. All institutional structures must be consist with our constitution. Today we are given to believe that a Goverment that is directly elected by the people & accountable to it can not be trusted to wield its immense powers with honour & trust. No entity should be created inconsistent with our constitutional framework & changed with onerous executive responsibilities without any accountability. In the ultimate analysis, all institutions within the framework of the constitution are accountable to Parliament & Parliament alone. In our enthusiasm to enact this law we must not falter. I believe that the CBI should function independently of the LOKPAL. I also believe that the CBI should function independently of the Government. But the independent does not mean absense of accountability. We have, therefore, proposed a process of appointment of the CBI DIRECTOR which involves the Prime Minister, the Chief Justice of India or his nominee & the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha. None should have doubts about the integrity of the process. As far as the issue of CBI functioning under the Lokpal is concerned, my Government believes that this would create an executive structure outside Paliament which is accountable to none. This is anathema to sound contitutional principles. I believe that the Bill which is now on the House contains a judicious blend of functional autonomy & accountability of the CBI. I am sure that the wisdom of this House will rise to support my Government's proposal as reflected in the Bill."

Matlab saph hai ki Sarkar mamale ki lipapoti kar Ghotalewaj & CBI DIR. ko bachane me lagi hai & es Sukarya me Vipaksh v unaka sath de raha hai. Esase badi bat aapko jankar hairani hogi ki S.C. me koe reet yachika dayar hi nahi ki gayi, khud CBI DIR. S.C. me case darja karane gaye the, jise Sarkar, Vipakshi Party, Media & S.C. v chhipa rahi hai. Jab pahali bat S.C. me es mamale par Hearing hue thi, usake bad rat me ek Debate me Vipaksh ke vakil Prashantbhushan Jee ne khulkar kaha tha ki CBI DIR. ko apane pad se tyagpatra de dena chahiye & Ex. CBI DIR. Joginder singh Jee ne kaha tha ki vo mera Junior raha hai, mai kya kahoo. Matlab saph hai ki ek aatmiyata ke karan unhone apani dil ki bat nahi kahi; lekin eshara saph kar diya tha. Ab sochane wali bat hai ki aisi 'Aatmiyata' CBI DIR. ke man me kyo nahi panapati, jab unaka Karyakal CBI ka Svarnim Karyakal hai.
Ab aaplog khud tay kijiye ki sarkar ko kya karana chahiye; kyoki maine sari bate kaphi spashta dhanga se raka diya hai. Apane Desh ki sthiti philhal yahi hai. Har Mudde par Paksh & Vipaksh ke log ek hai & Media en halato ko 'Oxgejan' dene me lagi hai. ......
